Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one with an average 48-hour turnaround.
How quickly will you complete my tasks?
Most tasks are completed within 48 hours on average, though more extensive tasks may require additional time.
Who will be working on my tasks?
You might find it surprising, it’s just me—Dean Jackson. You will work directly with me for all tasks and projects.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that you might not have enough tasks to fill an entire month. You may only have one or two tasks at the moment. That’s why we offer a pause feature for your subscription.
Billing is based on a 31-day cycle. If you use the service for 21 days and then pause, your billing stops. You’ll have 10 days remaining to use whenever you need them in the future.
How do I request tasks?
Our service provides multiple ways to request tasks within the client portal via Notion. You can submit tasks directly, share documents or even send a brief Loom video if you prefer not to write everything out.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s perfectly fine. You can pause your subscription once the task is completed and resume when you have additional needs. This way, you won’t waste the remainder of your subscription.
Are there any refunds if I am not satisfied with the service?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, refunds will not be issued.
